Children’s National Health System

Introduction

A leading pediatric academic medical institution located in Washington, DC, Children’s National is one of only four pediatric hospitals nationwide to rank in the top 20 in all 10 specialties by US News & World Report and is recognized by Castle Connolly’s America’s Top Doctors®.

At Children’s National, we know that children require complex care and surgical attention tailored to their unique size and physiology. This is more than apparent in our Sheikh Zayed Institute for Pediatric Surgical Innovation, where we aim to make pediatric surgery more precise, less invasive, and pain-free. One of the top seven pediatric hospitals in the United States in NIH research funding, at Children’s National we’ve created an environment in which care, education, and research work together seamlessly to help kids grow up stronger.

Our Global Services Program at Children’s National caters to the needs of patients and families from around the world. The Global Services team provides families with a direct link to specialists and will help coordinate treatment and facilitate consultations with Children’s National experts.
