Nemours Alfred I duPont Hospital for Children

Nemours International Medicine Program attracts families, physicians and educators who know that pediatric specialties are necessary and not always available around the globe. US News and World Report continually ranks Nemours Alfred I duPont Hospital for Children as one of the best pediatric hospitals in the United States. Nemours has a fully integrated electronic health record and is a Magnet®-designated hospital.

Centrally located between Washington, DC, and New York City, Nemours offers a wide variety of resources to make each family’s stay as comfortable as possible. Patients and families have access to social workers, interpretation services, behavioral health specialists, and in-hospital schooling. Parents are welcome to stay in the room with the patient, and extended members of family can stay across the street at the Ronald McDonald House, allowing the whole family to stay together. We offer free transportation to and from the hospital for those staying at the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware.
